I disagree with the majority’s conclusion that the “other good cause” provision included in Rule 12.6(b) of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure creates a constitutionally permissible good-faith exception to the requirement that a warrant be obtained prior to a government seizure of a citizen’s property. The police officer in this case stated that he seized appellant’s vehicle because he thought that it was best for the victim to remove any excuse for appellant to return to the apartment complex where the victim resided.
