This case is on appeal from a judgment of the Juvenile Court of the Parish of Orleans under which the juvenile, Robbie Jewel Cronin, was declared to be a delinquent child and committed to the Convent of the Good Shepherd for an indefinite period.

The juvenile, fourteen years of age at the time, was charged in a petition filed by the Probation Officer on April 18, 1951, with delinquency within the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court in that she did, on May 9, 1951, at about 10:30 o’clock p. m. perform a strip tease dance at the Dog House Night Club, 300 North Rampart Street, a…
