Plaintiff in error, Mollie Lane, administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, J. M. Lane, filed a claim for compensation before the Industrial Commission on account of the death of her husband, who was killed in the course of his employment with the Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway Company. The arbitrator who heard the evidence made an award in favor of the plaintiff in error in the sum of $2512. On review the Industrial Commission confirmed the award.
