In the first appearance of the parties in this boundary line processioning case, Page v. Guin, 187 Ga. App. 143 (369 SE2d 517) (1988), we held that the findings of the trial court contained an accurate description of the true property line and were supported by the evidence, thereby establishing that the correct boundary line was the one respecting the fence line of the defendants/appellees Guins.
