This is a motion to vacate an order of this court which directed the service of the notice of appearance, answer and counterclaim of the defendant MacDougal on the defendants *264Herbert L. Blowenstein and Lucille Blau, which order further directed that the defendants Blowenstein and Blau be joined as parties defendants under sections 193 and 271 of the Civil Practice Act.
