The Court must decide whether to allow a § 503(b)(1)(A) 1 administrative expense against this bankruptcy estate for nearly $600,000.00 allegedly incurred by a commercial real estate development company relocating dozens of exotic animals. See Doc. No. 249. The chapter 11 debtor in possession, the United States Trustee (“UST”) and several other parties object.
