Reversing.
Leon Ramey recovered judgment against the Louisville Taxicab & Transfer Company in the sum of $300 for damages to a Ford coupe, and the company has entered motion for an appeal.
The record shows that on the night of October 16, 1925, appellant’s taxicab ran into appellee’s Ford coupe, which was parked on the street in front of his residence. The driver of the taxi and a man who was standing at a nearby intersection were the only eyewitnesses.
