A jury convicted Scott H. Davis of one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute; one count of reckless driving; and one count of speeding in a construction zone. On appeal, Davis contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress; erred in admitting testimony on cross-examination regarding his first offender guilty plea to burglary; erred in denying his request to charge the jury on the defense of equal access; and erred in allowing closing argument upon facts not in evidence.
