The present litigation, which has dragged its weary length over a considerable period of time, has, as we view the record, become restricted to an inquiry relating solely to the validity of a certain special assessment of sewer *12taxes on tbe real estate involved in the controversy, for benefits received. In the first opinion of the court, the question not being fully and clearly presented, it was held that no sufficient objection was shown to render the taxes invalid.
