OPINION
BRIDGES, Justice.
I. INTRODUCTION
Thomas Miller Hinds appeals his convictions for aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child. After finding appellant guilty, the jury assessed punishment at eighty years’ confinement in the aggravated sexual assault case and twenty years’ confinement in the indecency case. In six points of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in (1) admitting certain evidence at trial, and (2) not declaring a mistrial following two improper comments by the State during closing argument at punishment.
