Dustin and Nathan Jager (the Jagers) are the adult children of Anne Benson, now known as Anne Schwilling, and Donald Jager Jr.1 Schwilling had a child support obligation imposed upon her and incurred a significant delinquency. The Jagers, now adults, were assigned their father’s right to any unpaid child support as well as any interest on the delinquent obligation.
