Plaintiff Omar Hernandez appeals from the jury’s verdict in favor of defendants Paschen Contractors, Inc., and Paschen/Rausch (hereinafter both defendants shall be referred to as Paschen) on plaintiffs Structural Work Act (740 ILCS 150/0.01 (West 1992)) claim.
