The decree presented for review dealt with the following matters: (1) Claims asserted by the appellants, Missouri Pacific Railroad Company (herein called the Missouri Pacific Company), owner of more than $23,000,000 of an authorized issue of $25,000,000 of Texas & Pacific Railway Company income bonds, and Mortimer N.
