Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Schenectady County (Reilly, Jr., J.), entered October 27, 1987, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b, to adjudicate Rosemary ZZ. as the child of a mentally ill parent, and terminated respondent’s parental rights.
