Charged with rape, the appellant was convicted of assault with intent to rape and sentenced to imprisonment for twsnty-one years. His contentions for reversal relate only to the admissibility of á tape-recorded confession made shortly after he was taken into custody.

We need state only such facts as are pertinent to the appeal.
