MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

SEYBERT, District Judge.

Pending before the Court, pursuant to its diversity jurisdiction, is Defendant’s motion for summary judgment in this dispute involving an alleged contract. Plaintiff is asserting claims for monies due under oral contracts purportedly entered into with Defendant. Defendant asserts that even assuming such oral contracts existed, Plaintiffs claims are barred by the applicable statute of limitations and statute of frauds.
