This case was before this court in 1 Ill. App. 3d 63 and in that case we reversed the trial court. An appeal was taken and the Supreme Court (53 Ill. 2d 508) affirmed the trial court’s judgment finding a joint venture and ordering an accounting and transfer of net proceeds and a 20% interest in the defendant corporation, and remanded the case to the trial court. Defendants have now appealed from a subsequent judgment of the circuit court of Lake County which determined the amount to which the plaintiffs were entitled.
