MEMORANDUM OPINION REGARDING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE AMENDED COMPLAINT

This matter comes before the court on the plaintiffs’ motion for leave to file an amended complaint. In their motion and proposed amended complaint, the plaintiffs seek to assert new causes of action under sections 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(6) to accompany their originally pled cause of action under section 523(a)(4).
