ORDER DISMISSING CASE

BENJAMIN COHEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter subject to this order is a Motion to Dismiss, Convert, or in the Alternative, Appoint a Trustee filed on January 5, 1996 by the United States Bankruptcy Administrator (“BA”). A trial was held on March 19, 1996. 1 Donald G. Wright and Stephen Porterfield, attorneys for the debt- or; J.
