Reilly (“Reilly”)2 as Attorney General of the Commonwealth and Former First Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County, and the Department of the Attorney General (“Attorney General’s Office”),3 alleging that Reilly breached a Nonprosecution Cooperation/Immunity Agreement (“Agreement”) under which Clemente pled guilty to one count of racketeering in exchange for government immunity from further prosecution.
