The majority opinion is conspicuously clear, concise and conclusive. We have no difficulty in understanding the extent to which this holding goes. We agree that the judgment finds the parties guilty of “constructive contempt”; that upon filing of a complaint, and without hearing, a judgment nisi was entered *619finding them guilty as charged in the complaint and directing them “to appear at a future date to show cause why the judgment nisi should' not be made final.” It is correct that “the judgment nisi, after a full hearing, was made final on August 9, 1945.” We can not agree that this was a…
