Wiley M. Teal brought a suit in the circuit court of DeWitt county against his wife, Elizabeth, for a divorce on the ground of extreme and repeated cruelty. She filed an answer denying' the charges 'of the bill and a plea alleging condonation. These issues were submitted to the jury, which returned a verdict in favor of the complainant, and the court entered a decree granting the divorce, from which the defendant appealed to the Appellate Court for the Third District. That court reversed the decree without remanding the cause, and upon the application of the complainant a writ of certiorari…
