RICHARDS, Circuit Judge.

On October 16, 1901, Z. N. Estes and S. S. Spicer, alleging they were doing business under the firm name of Z. N. Estes & Co., filed their petition in bankruptcy, upon which an adjudication has been had. The firm had been engaged in the grocery, cotton, and commission business. In the schedules annexed to the petition were contained statements of the firm property and of the individual property of Estes, Spicer having no property. The firm assets consisted of tangible personal property (stock in trade, etc.) estimated at $17,700, and accounts receivable aggregating a…
