In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, West-*506Chester County (Colabella, J.), entered September 16, 2005, which denied their motion for leave to renew their opposition to the defendants’ prior motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint on the ground that the plaintiff Greg Beyl did not sustain a serious injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d), which had been granted in an order of the same court dated December 14, 2004.
Ordered that the order dated September 16, 2005, is affirmed, with costs.
