DUNAGAN, Chief Justice.

This is a case to determine the heirship of the estate of Freddy Cooper Lovejoy, deceased. The decedent, Freddy Cooper Lo-vejoy, died on or about December 15, 1971, in Houston, Texas, intestate. On or about' August 1, 1973, temporary administration was taken out on his estate by Hannah Thompson Lovejoy, the last woman to whom he was ceremonially married prior to his death.
