Plaintiff brought suit to recover the amount of 29 school district warrants issued by defendant upon its treasurer. Defendant admitted the issuance and validity of the warrants, but asserted that they had been paid. The court made findings of fact and conclusions of law and rendered judgment for plaintiff. Defendant appealed.
