On May 22, 1968, Okey Miller (claimant) suffered a compensable injury when he injured his back while at work for the Jessop Steel Company (employer). The claimant and the employer entered into a compensation agreement, which was in effect until September 9,1968, when the claimant returned to work. On October 13, 1968, the disability recurred and the parties entered into a supplemental agreement, with the claimant once *188more returning to work on March 31, 1969.
