The plaintiff sued under a contract to recover the purchase price of two grain bins that he had supplied and built for the defendant. The defendant moved to dismiss the complaint as barred by the statute of limitations; the trial court denied the motion. The defendant then counterclaimed, attacking the quality of the plaintiff’s work and materials.
