This is an appeal from a decree in favor of appellee against Eva A. Marley, special administratrix of the estate of F. N. Marley, deceased, for $35,160.90, and against Rufus Armistead, special administrator of the estate -of K. R. Armistead, for $23,954.41, rendered in a suit brought in the chancery court of Crittenden County by- -appellee against F. N.
