The notices and requirements prescribed by the statute antecedent to the election arid designed to obtain a submission of the four local option questions to the electors of the town of Little Valley were complied with. The defects which it is claimed rendered the election illegal arose chiefly out of the failure to meet the obligations pertaining to the submission of the questions on election day.
