Appellant Everett V. Noe appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky which granted summary judgment to the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare concerning appellant’s claim to disability benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401-431 (1970), as amended, (Supp. II, 1972). Our review of the evidentiary record made before the Administrative Law Judge and the Appeals Council of the agency discloses substantial evidence to support the total disability claim of appellant.
