Catherine McNair, ancillary administratrix of the estate of Edward Earl McNair, brought action in state court against Thomas Paul Jones and his employers, Lend Lease Trucks, Inc. and Lend Lease Dedicated Services, Inc., seeking damages for the wrongful death of her intestate.
