During the late evening and early morning of December 7 and 8,1984, the appellant committed two burglaries, an aggravated assault, a battery, a kidnapping, and a rape, before committing the burglary and the second degree battery which are on appeal in this case. The appellant contends the evidence in the two cases on appeal is insufficient to support the convictions. We find no merit in the argument and affirm both judgments of conviction.
