This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs complaint (Doc. # 1) seeking review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (the Commissioner) denying Plaintiffs claim for disability insurance benefits (DIB). 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (2006). Plaintiff filed a legal brief in opposition to the Commissioner’s decision (Doc. # 17, P’s Brief).
