Pere Marquette Railway Co. v. Michigan Public Utilities Commission

For the reasons stated in the dissenting opinions in Pere Marquette R. Co. v. Michigan Public Utilities Commission, 218 Mich. 307, and Michigan Air Line Ry. v. Michigan Public Utilities Commission, Id. 320, I agree with Justice Bird that the order of the commission should be affirmed.
