— In three actions to recover damages for personal injuries and wrongful death, the Port Washington Police District appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Christ, J.), dated February 1, 1985, as denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the actions and any third-party complaints and cross claims insofar as they are asserted against it.

Order reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and motion granted.
