Mabry, J.:
A petition was filed on the 9th day of January, A. D. 1888, in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough county by the appellant, a railway company, for the condemnation of a certain parcel of land situated in said county for a right-of-way for said company. No question is presented as to the sufficiency of this petition. It alleges the facts required by the statute in such proceedings, and contains a description of the land proposed to be condemned, over which the company had located its road, accompanied with a map showing where the road would run over the land…
