The following constitutes the findings, conclusions and decision of the court:
A hearing was held before this court on November 19, November 20 and December 4,1981 on defendant’s motion to suppress physical evidence. The court heard testimony from Police Officer Lawrence Andrews, shield No. 7981 assigned to the 113th Precinct, Sergeant Carl Bergstrom, shield No. 2560 assigned to the Auto Crime Division, and the defendant, Thomas Rein.
