This is an appeal by Josephine Jenkins, a former employee of Wm. Schluderberg-T. J. Kurdle Co., appellee, from an order and judgment of the Superior Court of Baltimore City, sustaining without leave to amend, appellee’s demurrer to her declaration. Her suit is for damages for her allegedly wrongful discharge from employment by the appellee in violation of a collective bargaining agreement between the union of which she was a member, the Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of North America, Local No. 149, A.F.L.-C.I.O.
