MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SPECIAL FUNDING PURSUANT TO GENERAL STATUTES § 52-226a

After a trial to the court a judgment was issued in favor of the defendant, Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. (Chase) on March 6, 2000.
