Defendant Reginald Williams appeals from his convictions for three counts of aggravated sexual assault in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-405 (Supp.1988), one count of aggravated robbery in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-302 (1978), and one count of being a habitual criminal in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-8-1001 (1978). He was sentenced to three ten-year-to-life terms for the aggravated sexual assault convictions and one five-year-to-life term for the aggravated robbery conviction, all terms to run concurrently, as well as a consecutive term of five years to…
