This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from a decision of the Caledonia Superior Court ordering the Town of Wheelock to set the plaintiffs’ properties located in Wheelock in the list at $97,800 in lieu of the former listed valuation of $102,000 as of April 1, 1973, and at $103,800 in lieu of the former listed valuation of $110,400 as of April 1, 1975. Plaintiffs are owners of approximately 652 acres of land in the Town of Wheelock consisting of various noncontiguous parcels of land. Some of the parcels have improvements thereon.
