OPINION

BUSSEY, Presiding Judge:

J.R. Allison, the appellant in this case, was employed as the Director of Food Services for Cameron University in Law-ton, Oklahoma from 1970 until 1977. He was charged by information with four counts of embezzlement of Cameron University and Oklahoma state funds, services and goods, on September 23, 1980. The embezzlement allegedly occurred between 1971 and 1975.
