Plaintiffs Hogar CREA, Inc., and Hogar CREA International, Inc. (collectively, “plaintiffs”) bring this action against a number of defendants, including Hogar CREA International of Connecticut, Inc. (“HCCT”), Hogar CREA International of Massachusetts (“HCMA”), and certain individual officers of those organizations (collectively, “defendants”). (Docket No. 1).
