David E. Unruh petitions for review of the Court of Appeals’ decision affirming various drug convictions and sentences and ordering remand to the district court with directions that the district court reinstate Unruh’s conviction and sentence for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture. Unruh raises a variety of issues which are legally identical to issues in State v. Schoonover, (No. 90,360, this day decided), but are factually unique.
