In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants General Linen Supply and Laundry Co., Inc., and Cascade Linen Supply Corp. appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Bangs County (Hinds-Radix, J.), entered February 1, 2006, as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof denying that branch of the motion of the defendants General Linen Supply and Laundry Co., Inc., and Cascade Linen Supply Corp., which was for summary judgment…
