HOLLAND, Justice:

Following a jury trial in the Superior Court, the defendant-appellant, Joseph M. Walls (“Walls”), was convicted of one count each of First Degree Burglary, Second Degree Conspiracy, Terroristic Threatening, and Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony, and two counts each of First Degree Robbery, Second Degree Kidnapping, and Second Degree Assault. Identical charges, except for Terroristic Threatening, were brought against Efrain Hernandez (“Hernandez”), as a co-defendant.
