The basis of my dissent is that I adhere to the conviction that the contract of September 2, 1936, between Poe and Bolfe should be sustainecl, and the rights of the parties measured by that contract.
In order to demonstrate the reasons that impel this conviction, I will recite the facts in considerable detail, preliminary to the conclusions to be drawn from such facts.
