Beversing.

This is a passenger’s action against a carrier to recover damages for personal injuries.. The Grotto is an organization with several hundred members residing in Indianapolis and vicinity. A special train was chartered to carry the members, including the band in which plaintiff was a player, from Indianapolis to Atlantic City, where a convention was- to be held.
