Original quo warranto proceeding by the state, on relation of L. A. Foot, attorney general, against Joe Rogge, J. W. Beck, George Burr, and Joe Maxey, to determine which two claimants are entitled to office as county commissioners of Petroleum county.

The attorney general filed herein a complaint by which the following showing is made to this court: In 1924 a petition Was filed with the board of county commissioners of Fergus county for the creation of Petroleum county from a portion of Fergus county.
